We do not trade personal data for commercial purposes and will only disclose it if required by law, necessary to arrange your event attendance, or where applicable with your consent. Details of our processing
Hansal International Limited processes personal data only where the purposes are justified on the basis of our legitimate interests in running and promoting the organisation; we will not send you marketing communication unless you have provided us with your explicit consent.
We also process and store associate personal data and this is held for the purpose of entering into a legal agreement between Hansal International and the respective associate. We will retain data only for as long as is legally required and will not use personal data for purpose beyond the original intended processing purpose.
Candidate and delegate personal data
We will only collect data that is necessary for the purposes of processing a candidate’s examination results, or where applicable the minimum amount of data required as specified by the relevant examination body. This may include the candidates full name and a preferred e-mail address. The results may be recorded by an official examination body such as Peoplecert or BCS. For Hansal branded training courses we issue certificates using a web-based service provider, Accredible. The only information we share is the name and email address of the candidate.
